HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
The Gold Rich partners with highly vetted jewelry artisans from around the globe in order to be able to provide the best pricing for our customers. This means our products may come from India, Russia, China, Japan, Israel, and many other countries around the world.
Because of the high demand for our painstakingly handmade, one of a kind products, your item typically takes 2 to 5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately. Your order is on its way!
I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?
If you place an order with us for multiple items it may be shipped in more than one package.
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So, please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive. Just know that they are on the way.
WILL I BE PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
Unfortunately not all of our global suppliers provide tracking numbers and so we cannot guarantee that your order will be trackable. If we can provide a tracking number you will be notified with this in your fulfillment email notification.
ARE "FREE" ITEMS REALLY FREE?
YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping & handling cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00. To get notified of our promotions, please subscribe to our shop.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Standard $4 for US and $6 for anywhere in the world.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Most orders receive a confirmation email. Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR ADDRESS?
Although we assume that your order is what you wanted and your delivery address is correct when placing the order, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. We typically process orders the same day they are placed and if a change needs to be made, please contact us at:

We can’t make any promises and if the item has already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we will not be able to make changes to your order but will try our best to accommodate you.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most credit cards and paypal via a secure payment system so there are no worries about your credit card details ever being shared.
THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
Please email us at email@example.com and we will correct the problem as soon as possible.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please see full returns policy details at the link in the website footer.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, ship it to our headquarters in the USA for quicker processing. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you through the process.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund provided it is within 30 days.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced and sale items may be refunded. Unfortunately our giveaway products which are FREE (priced at $0.00) or customized items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll guide you through the process.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the item. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE INTERNATIONALLY?
Our average shipping time is anywhere between 3-6 weeks. In some cases shipping may take less than that and in some cases it may take longer than 3 weeks if the package gets hung up in customs on its way into your home country.
We ship worldwide so delivery times are all averages.
ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS FEES?
Customs fees depend on the laws of your country. In the majority of cases you are not required to pay any customs fees. We mark all our orders as low-value gifts. Moreover, we send larger orders in separate packages to avoid such charges.
TAXES & DUTIES:
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, if any (see above). That is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
